The above charges are on a per-box basis. If your order is rather large and requires more than one box, you will be charged the above shipping charge per box. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is shipped. If your order requires more than one box and qualifies for a free shipping offer, one box will be shipped for free and you will be charged for any additional boxes that are shipped.
Order Processing Times
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Most orders are shipped the following business day. This means that if you place your order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order should ship the following Monday.
We use several different warehouses to ship our orders. Please be aware that your order may arrive in seperate boxes and at different times.
Shipping Time Frames
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. We always try our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Oversize or Overweight Orders
Any box over 84 inches (length x width x height) is considered oversize and additional charges may apply. Any box weighing over 10 pounds is considered overweight and additional charges may apply.
Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address
Please be sure you enter your shipping address correctly. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
International Payments
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. We also accept wire transfers.
International Billing Verification
All international orders or orders using international credit cards must be verified with the bank prior to shipping. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to verify all billing information.
You may receive an e-mail from a PoshPetShop.com representative requesting you to verify credit card information. Due to a high amount of international credit card fraud, this step may be necessary if your order looks suspicious. We take these extra steps to prevent fraud so we can continue to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to our customers.
International Shipping
There is a base rate shipping fee of $30.00 USD on all international orders. If your shipping charge exceeds this amount, the additional shipping charge will be added to your order. In most cases, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge before your order is shipped. Please note that the free shipping offer is not valid on international orders.
Customs
All international customers are required to pay any and all applicable duties, customs fees and/or taxes that their country requires upon entry of goods. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders. We also cannot estimate any customs duties or taxes. If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact your local customs authorities. We also cannot guarantee delivery on any international orders. In some countries, orders can get stuck in customs. There is nothing we can do to speed your order through the customs screening process. Please keep this in mind when ordering during the holidays.
