Returns and Exchanges
 
 
Posh Pet Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached within 30 days for replacement or refund. If we deem that the item had been used or damaged, a refund will be denied. Custom orders, special orders or special accommodations cannot be returned or exchanged. Any clearance or closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance and/or closeout items are final sales!
 
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. *NOTE: The original cost of shipping will be charged to the customer even if the original shipping was free. (Example: If a customer places an order that qualifies for free shipping, the customer will receive a refund for the original cost of the returned item minus the 15% re-stocking fee and the original cost of shipping.)
 
To return or exchange an order, you must first call (714) 705-0565 or email returns@poshpetshop.com for return/exchange instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without a return authorization number. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned merchandise. No re-stocking fee is applied to defective or shipped in error products reported within the time limits provided. Sorry, but PoshPetShop.com cannot refund shipping charges. Please make sure that you order the right size. We cannot accept any parcels marked freight collect or COD.
 
If you choose to exchange an item, the 15% re-stocking fee will be waived, however, we cannot refund shipping charges and you will be charged for shipping when the exchanged item is shipped out to you. Exchanged orders can be handled two ways: When we receive the returned item, the exchanged item will be shipped out to you. If you need the exchanged item quickly, we can ship the new item out immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the new item and when the returned item is received, we will refund the returned item value to your credit card.
 
 
Returned Product Value
 
If an item is purchased at regular price and returned later when that item has been placed on sale or closeout, or should the price be lowered for any other reason, you may receive the lower amount as credit.
 
 
Damaged Goods
 
If you receive damaged goods in shipment, please contact us immediately.  We will need verification of the damage caused in shipment by the shipping company.
