Gift Wrapping
We do offer gift wrapping for your order for a surcharge of $8.99 per gift wrapped order. To add gift wrapping to your order, simply select "add gift wrapping" to one of the items you would like to purchase before you place the order in your shopping cart. There is only a need to select the gift wrapping box for one item on your order. All items in your order will be gift wrapped in one box. You can add a personal message to your gift card at checkout.

As long as you created an account or placed your order using your account, you can check your order status by clicking here.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Pay Pal
We have integrated our site with Pay Pal checkout. If you own a Pay Pal account, you can use this account to pay for your PoshPetShop.com order.
Google Checkout
We have integrated our site with the new Google Checkout! What's Google Checkout? Click here for more information! Please note that Google Checkout is available for US customers only. At this time, Google Checkout is not available for international orders.
PoshPetShop.com gift certificates, special promotions and special discounts can not be used with Google Checkout. If you have a gift certificate or a code for a special promotion, please use our standard checkout.
If you have a Google specific gift certificate, please use Google checkout. Our standard checkout does not accept Google Checkout gift certificates.
Money Order and Cashier's Checks
We do accept money orders and cashier's checks. Simply place your order online and choose the "Pay with Money Order" option at checkout. When we receive your cashier's check or your money order and your cashier's check or money order clears the bank, we'll ship your order out to you right away.

Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, COD or Invoicing
We do not accept wire transfers, personal checks or cash-on-delivery orders. We also do not invoice for orders. Payment for your order must be received before your order is shipped.
Phone Orders
If you want to place an order but do not want to place it online, give us a call at 714-705-0565 and we'll be happy to take your order over the phone.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to California only. If your order is being shipped to any of the other 49 states, there are no sales tax charges.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you order is out of stock, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. Out-of-stock items can be cancelled, replaced with like or similiar items or placed on backorder. In the case that your order contains out-of-stock items, the remainder of your order will still be shipped.
Order Processing Times
Please note that it can take up to 3 business days to process your order. Most orders are shipped the following business day. This means that if you place your order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order should ship the following Monday.
We use several different warehouse to ship our orders. Please note that your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.
Shipping Time Frames
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. We try our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as we can!
Guest Checkout
Don't want to create an account? That's okay! When you checkout, choose the "New Customer" option. Choosing this option allows you to checkout without creating an account. If you change your mind during the checkout process, you will have the option to create an account if you choose. Please remember, however, that you will not be able to check your order status if you do not choose to create an account.
Creating an Account
You don't need to make a purchase to create an account! You can create an account before making any purchases. This will allow you to save any items you add to your shopping cart without checking out. You can then return later when it is convienent for you to complete the checkout process.
